Turkey Meat Loaf
Here’s a healthier version of
an old favorite.
1 lb. ground lean turkey
½ c. regular oats, dry
1 large egg
1 tbsp. dehydrated onion
¼ c. catsup
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Bake in loaf pan for 30 to 35 minutes or to internal temperature of 165 degrees.
- Cut into five slices and serve.
Yield: 5 servings
